What is Conscious Psychotherapy?

Intergrating modern psychology and science with ancient healing methods

Conscious Psychotherapy is a type of psychotherapy that integrates modern psychology and science with ancient healing methods, becoming the ultimate bridge of healing modalities:

  • Where ancient wisdom meets modern psychology
  • Where the analytical brain meets the creative mind
  • Where treating the symptoms meets healing the cause
  • Where shamanism meets psychotherapy
  • Where spirit meets science

A complete metamorphosis of the psyche

This is achieved by not just focussing on the mind (like many traditional psychotherapies), not just focussing on the body (like national health services) and not focussing on the soul (like many energy healing modalities) but instead by focussing on clearing trauma on the level of the mind, the body and the soul collectively, for sustained transformation to take place. Only then can we truly focus on healing the trauma that exists as a collective in the human species to create harmony on the planet.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it called Conscious Psychotherapy?

It is called Conscious Psychotherapy because it places it’s emphasis on healing the root cause of trauma to enable an organic expansion of one’s own conscious awareness. Trauma, stress, anxiety and fear suppresses human consciousness which in turn creates the division, control, othering, greed and war we see in the world, leading to the disconnection from our spiritual selves, our true nature.

Once we heal trauma on the level of the mind, body and soul we clear the projections that have prevented us from seeing and accessing our true potential. This creates an expansion of consciousness, allowing us to tune into the limitless possibilities that are available for us to step into our true agency and power as human beings. We move from a state of “Past Programming” consciousness to our “Creative Consciousness.”
