Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
However, if you experience a genuine issue with accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
In certain cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion.
Online Courses and Programmes
If a course includes a stated refund or guarantee period, this will be clearly described on the sales page and will apply accordingly.
If no guarantee is specified, the purchase is considered final once access to course materials has been provided.
Therapy and EMDR Sessions
For scheduled therapy or EMDR appointments:
